This website is provided for general information about GetSolace and our services. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will always be complete, current, or uninterrupted. We may change or remove content at any time.

03Our services, proposals and payment

We provide design, development, and related software services. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any project are agreed in writing before work begins, normally as a fixed-scope proposal.

• Scope. We deliver what is described in the agreed proposal. Work beyond that scope is handled as a separate, agreed change.
• Payment. Fees, milestones, and payment terms are set out in the proposal and payable within the period stated there.
• Your input. Timely delivery depends on you providing the content, access, and feedback we need when we need it.

04Intellectual property and ownership

The content, design, and code of this website, including the GetSolace name and mark, belong to GetSolace and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.

For client work, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you on receipt of full payment, as set out in your proposal. Until then, we retain ownership. We may retain and reuse general skills, techniques, and non-confidential know-how, and third-party or open-source components remain under their own licences.

05Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website unlawfully, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, to scrape or misuse its content, or to infringe the rights of others through it.

06Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or privacy policies. Following such links is at your own discretion.

07Disclaimers

This website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Warranties relating to project work, if any, are those set out in your written agreement with us.

08Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetSolace will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability arising from project work is governed by the relevant written agreement.

09Confidentiality

We treat information you share in the course of an enquiry or engagement as confidential, and we expect the same of the confidential information we share with you. Full confidentiality terms for a project are set out in its agreement.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them, unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
